The CPWF Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Guide is written for CPWF staff responsible for monitoring, evaluation and learning (ME&L). This includes Project Leaders, Basin Leaders, Topic Working Group Leaders, the CPWF Knowledge Management (KM)Team, and project staff responsible for monitoring and other M&E activities. The Guide is available on the Web so it is accessible for use outside the CPWF by people interested in using M&E for learning and adaptive management. This Guide is regularly updated as our M&E system develops.
